Zach's 2nd Birthday Party

Sorry I haven't posted in so long, we have had a rather manic few weeks here with birthday parties, driveways being built and our baby turning 2, but I am back and with some very gorgeous photos too!

Zach wanted a Hey Duggee themed party this year and planning parties is literally my favourite thing to do! I always try and do a party without splashing out loads of money because quite simply, I'd rather get him an extra present and I also try and make most of the bits myself!

I themed all the activity tables on Duggee badges, so we had the Stick badge, Drawing badge, Bouncing badge and the Sandcastle badge! I tried to make the food table look similar to how the squirrels decorated the surprise part for duggee and Zach even helped! I will include photos of all the tables underneath, obviously the bouncing badge wasn't a table, it was a very small bouncy castle! We also took up our wee'un buy here!  and our rocky board for people to play with and they were a massive hit!!

The tables all went down a treat and so did Zach's birthday cake, especially by him, I slightly cheated and used the Betty Crocker mix hack where you just add a can of fizzy so the cake was fully vegan! I decorated the cake using some rice paper printed badges, a fondant neck tie like duggees and a Z ned and 2 block from Rudi & Bear!! Unfortunately I didn't get a close up of the cake which sucks but I got some of Zach blowing the candles out and he loved it (except all I've heard for the past two week is "Party Cake" HAHA)

Overall, he had an amazing day with his friends and family! He won't stop going on about his party and is a bit obsessed with the idea of a party hat (even though he didn't wear one) so no idea where that came from HAHA! His outfit was also on point thanks to an amazing friend who sold this to me after it has got too small for her son, it was our favourite things when Love Leo released their ned print but money was not on our side at the time!

Hope you enjoyed reading and please feel free to message me for any crafty ideas for birthing parties!
Thanks
Cornish Mama xo
